The Global Administration Board is the leadership engine of UN4STEM. As a member of this team, you won't just hold a title — you'll help steer the organization through its next phase of growth. Working closely with our founders and fellow board members, you'll shape strategy, oversee finances, streamline operations, and make sure every program we run is as well-supported and impactful as possible.
This is a high-autonomy role for students who are ready to take real ownership. Our Chief Financial Officer guides our budget and long-term sustainability planning, our Chief Operations Officer keeps programs and volunteer teams running smoothly, our Social Media Manager amplifies our mission across the globe, and our Educational Director safeguards the quality of everything our mentors teach. Whatever your focus, you'll walk away with leadership experience that goes far beyond a résumé line.

Our STEM Research and Education Advocacy Team turns ideas into action. If you're passionate about evidence-based teaching, science communication, or using research to make education more equitable, this is the team for you. You'll help build and refine curriculum grounded in the latest learning science, support mentors with research-backed teaching strategies, and communicate our findings to students, families, and educators around the world.
The team also drives our advocacy work aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals — especially Quality Education. You'll research the barriers that keep talented students out of STEM and champion solutions that remove them. It's a perfect fit for curious students who love asking "why" and want their questions to make a real difference in how the next generation learns.
